hey guys, i got one quick question, im 16 years old, 5'6 115 pounds and i got this weird thing, it doesn't hurt me its just awkward. after i sit in the same position for like 1 hour then get up or get outta bed in the morning my pelvic joint and sometimes my leg joint/bones pop out and click sound when i get up. Is it because im lacking something in my diet or is just cause i dont train my legs much? tyvm

it's probably nothing. sounds like trapped air in the joints. to be safe u can consult with your doc.
