Today is my father's birthday and the best gift I can give to him and myself is better health. I was weighing 115 which is alright for a 5'2 heighth. I just gained 30 pounds in Spain and want to lose it now and fast. I also want to train to become a fitness instructor by the end of the year.
So I have a couple goals:
Lose the extra weight
Train to get fit
Take the Personal Fitness Instructor exam and get certified
