I dont know if you know what I mean... but I want to know how to make my rib cage stop showing... it looks like I am a stick and I hate showing it... makes me look skinny, is there any diet I could have to increase the fat in my chest area... (i dont know)

You cannot change the way your ribs are shaped. If they are shaped in a way that makes them appear to be sticking out, you may be stuck with that. However, in my opinion, if you increase the amount of calories you are taking in, at the same time choosing healthy meals, it will help you gain weight.
Thats the best I have to offer on that topic...maybe someone else has better ideas.
