oh, please do help me to shed 20 lbs of weight
right now, i don't eat unless i can feel myself starving
and i'm trying to kepp my dialy calorie intake around 500
and starting from tomorrow, i'll start jogging for an hour everyday
i don't know if all this will work out
any suggestions?
ps. I'm 15 yrs old

hi am dawn and weigh 140lb and 5"7 , you cant lose weight on 500 cals a day as its not good for you. your boddy is not use to that and when you eat your body will cling on to what you do eat as it will think you are starving your self. you need about 2000 cals a day as your body is still growing till your 21. you should do a keep fit video 3 times a wk to start off with for 1st month then add more gradualy. if you do what you say your going to do you will do your body more harm than good as thats what my sister did and now she has knackered up her insides and they dont work properly. let me know how you are doing dawn staig on face book x
