hello, i'm new here, however i'm not new to the diet thing.
I have dieted all my life. when i met my husband 8 years ago, i was 119lbs. now i weigh 200.. I keep wondering where i went wrong. i have had 2 children with him. lost the weight from the first. but the youngest baby weight just wont let go. Even when i do diet, i do it right.
but i am left feeling hungry all the time. Whats am i dooing wrong?.. not getting enough to eat?

find out your daily calorie intake and see whether your over or under eating, both could lead to weight gain.

Also if your eating most of your calories in 1 - 2 meals that cause weight gain

i recommend a diet filled with whole foods broken down into 6 meals (eaten roughly every 3 hours) not to mention exercise atlease 3 times a week
