Well, realistically, you should only lose about 1-2 lbs a week healthily. It's also not only exercising that causes you to lose weight quickly. Get on a healthy diet, eat 5-6 small meals a day, plus add both lifting and cardio. I would reccomend getting an exercise plan from this site, they are really helpful! I'm not sure about what the daily reccomended percentages of calories, fat, protien, and all that stuff are, but I know someone on here will help you with that! Good Luck with everything!
