I want to lose 35 pounds but I have never dieted before, i have been excersising for the past 2 months. I know i need to start off eating better and continue my excersising. Even with being in the gym 4 or 5 days a week I am noticing that my big clothes are getting tight and I am not sure if that is a good thing or bad thing. Please help!!!
If you have been exercising and eatting better, it may be that your clothes are starting to fit differently, and may be tighter or looser in some areas. Stick with a clean diet and exercise. Being consistant and dedicated, you will loose the weight!
