I am 34, weighing 212 lbs, 5'9" Male. I used to play rugby alot but now after about 10 years of laziness I am starting to be ashamed of the way I look. I find it hard to get off my ass and get in the gym but know I can if I can see some results. Once I get going I'll be fine..

I want to lose the belly, build my chest, shoulders, upper arms and top of my back.

Does anyone have a quick routine which I can do every other day which will get me looking better quickly...
