Im kinda at a plateau right now...Can someone give me a method or 2 on how to Shock my muscles back into growth..OR at least on how to shock my CHEST back into growth.

Why not sign up for a ft program, and select CHEST as a special program. It will be incorporated into your training program..

Never let your muscles settle into a routine. If you've hit a plateau, try changing your routine around.
