Hello, I'm 5'5-5'6 and i weigh 230 ( yowch i know :surprised: ) I want to get to my healthy weight ( which is 160 lbs ) SO i was wonering if anyone had any tips on how to lose the weight and maintain the weight. Im not in a rush, i just want to become healthier. :)
