I need help! I eat just because. I don't think I eat according to my emotions, I eat because I love food. It tastes so good and my mouth always has to keep moving. I think it is all in my head and I need to find a way to "tell" my brain otherwise. Any suggestions?
Take a normal plate and turn it into a pie-Load one half of your pie with vegtables,take one quarter and put in your meat,take the other quarter and put in your carb,rice,potatoes whatever..
That way you still get to enjoy your food,but you will be controlling your portions and to your eye,and brain yu are still eating a good amount of food.
