I used to weigh 250 pounds i lost 30 pounds my body is beginning to look better but my arms is still big. my chest area looks small but these arms still make me look big. If i could tone these arms down i would be so happy i mean really happy. I lift small weights but it seems not to help or maybe im not doing it right. Somebody please give me advice trust me i will follow. I want to reach my goal of being 160 by the end of the year. Thanks for the advice.

You can't dictate what order you lose the fat, sorry.

Lift heavier weights and you will get better results.

Be consistent in eating a clean diet, doing your cardio and lifting regularily and eventually all teh fat will go :)

I had the same problem, I did exactly what asimmer above said, I increased the weights and it was only a matter of weeks before I could see the difference between what I had been doing for a long time vs. the heavier weights. I have some rotator problems, so I was always a bit apprehensive about adding too much, but found that that problem is often related to muscles not being strong enough, I tried and it seems to work fine and less problems with the rotator --of course, that is something you have to be very careful with and get professional opinions on prior to if you have had problems in the past, but the heavier weights made a noticable improvement and arms are looking better ever day.

You should try some exercises that stimulate your aerobic fitness like running on tape. But you really cannot dictate your body in witch zones to reduce the fat. Weight lifting can help you to, try it.
