Just remember, the quicker you lose it the more likely it will come back.

eat 4-6 meals,eat protein with the majority of your meals, try to eat same time every day, less variety of foods = more control of cal. intake.

intense exercise: weight training or cardio.

change your negative thoughts about weight loss, use positive imagery of your body in order to make permanent changes.
