I would like to lose weight for for the first time really in life. I have a daughter about to be born. I need to be able to lose weight so when that day comes for her to ask dad to come play. I can get off the couch and do just that. Plus i have to sleep with a machine cause I'm over weight. When i lose the weight I lose the machine. Someone please give good advice.
What do you currently do? What do you usually eat? How many times per day do you eat? Do you drink much water during the day? Are you active at all, exercise or just in general?
