:( ummmm i need help i am a 19 year old female and i weigh 175lbs (the highest weight in my life) i need to lose weight by october for a family reunion and my goal is to lose 40-50lbs between now and then do you think i can do it? and how if so how? if not how much is the most i can lose? omg help!!!!!

I think that 40-50 pounds isnt very realistic at all i think you should be aiming for roughly half of that. Healthy weight loss is roughly 1-2 and maybe 3 per week.

Ive posted this before but what you need is a overhaul of your lifestyle. it all starts with the kitchen start eating healthy and do exercise atlease 3 times a week
