hi, im a freshmen at college and about 3 weeks ago i first started going to the gym. im 5'5 and 172 pounds. i go to the gym every day now and i could say ive noticed a more muscle, but my fat around the belly and in the face (which is where i mostly wanna lose it) is still the same. i do 100 sit ups, around 7 minutes of cardio, chest, triceps, and shoulders one day and back and biceps the next day. i was wondering if you guys could help me by giving me a good diet and workout plan. by the way, my diet is not really the best, but its hard, specially living in college. thanks in advanced.

3 weeks is not very long. Give it some time. If things were that easy, everyone would look like they want to. Diet is the key to what you get out of the gym.

7 minutes of cardio is not much. Aiming for at least 20-30 minutes of cardio about 3 times a week will help aid in your results!
Good luck!

Your current question is a fairly common one - spend some time reading in the FAQs forum and reading the 'sticky' posts (ones with the red push pin symbol next to them) in the other forums. I am sure you will find the answer to most of your questions. There is also a great search engine for the forums, at the bottom of the screen , called fitbuddy - you just put in keywords and it will pull up relevant posts. Usually you can find the info you are looking for.
If all that fails, then post a well-thought out question and I am sure you will receive some great suggestions. :)
