I am 33 years old, 122 Kg, and 184cm. I am looking for someone help me (or at least point me in right direction) to devise an exercise plan considering this conditions:
I have bad knees from my student and sports day. Never lifted a finger after college.
Being grown-up gifted me with lumbar herniated disk. So every kind of jumping ends up with pain in my knees or back.
There is a gym nearby with basic free weights equipments and a treadmill. I prefer there to a faraway and more equipped gym.
I have access to simple, everyday, bumpy road.
and maybe 1 or 2 time a week to a swimming pool.
I would much appreciate it if someone can help me.
