well i'm no expert, but from what I know.. you really have to analyze your diet carefully. Make sure you're getting enough calories and not too many. Make sure you do enough cardio to keep your heart rate up and increase your metabolism.

An occasional cheat day doesn't hurt you but you blew it on 25% of your total days. 2 or 3 binging days can easily offset a week of decent eating assuming you're eating healthy.

Just take it a day at a time Akia. Weight loss is a slow process but very much worth it. When you get your diet in line, you'll be seeing a 1-2 pound a week drop on average. That's healthy, more than 2 is not. Don't try to get in a hurry and ruin your hard work. Stay focused and you'll do fine.

Are you taking other measurements? Waist, hips, chest, upper arms, thighs, calves, neck, ribcage....clothing size....sometimes the scale doesn't change the measuring tape does.

I just weight myself today and I have lost 2 pounds finally I am so happy. Even though it is only two pounds it feels like 20 to me because I am just eating better and dont feel like I am straving myself. I wasnt suppose to weight myself until tomorrow but couldnt resist.
Lonegirl to answer your questions I will be checking my measurements tomorrow because I am also kepting track of that too. Hips, stomach, waist, arms, and thighs.
