Im at work right now, its a quick stop store, I havent eaten anything since morning and im extremely hungry, I was wondering is shrimp raman noodles would be ok to eat?

Ramen noodles have no nutritional value and are high in fat and sodium. I would say no. What about nuts? Thinking of what I would look for in a store like that if I was desperate.

all kinds of nuts we have are almonds and peanuts and they have some sort of flavoring on him, like honey roasted etc etc stuff theirs a chinese food place next store think they will have anything good for me?

At convenience stores I can usually find beef jerky, apples or oranges or bananas, and lots of water..sometimes there are even hard-boiled eggs where the pre-made sandwiches are.

Chinese restaurant - ask them to steam some chicken and broccoli for you and have a little rice.

oh Amy you are much braver than I am to eat boiled eggs from a jiffy store... man I got soooooo sick one time...may have been because I ate 12 in 10 minutes....cant even look at those things there anymore

Most convenience stores usually have some sort of protein bars and they have milk. Not the greatest, but could be worse.

I'd say to stay away from the chinese unless you go with Asimmer's suggestion. A lot of bad choices there, but if you do it anyway enjoy some crag rangoon for me....MMmmmmmmm....
