I am 33 and have twins. After they came i lost like 90lb in like 5 months and didnt do to much to do it. But that was like 10 yrs ago. I am getting married in July and want to lose 50lb by then. I just lost 5lb in the past week as I have changed my diet. Lots of fish and finally eating 3 meals a day other than my reg 1 meal a day. i am assuming that is why i put the weight on. I just got a gym pass on the weekend and now i dont know what to do and dont want to ask there shy. I want to lose my ass, thighs, wavy arms, tummy. What can i do without gaining a bunch of muscle? Any sugestions will be greatful.
I would say plenty of cardio, lunges, and cruches. That's how I lost 30lbs in the last 5 months! After awhile it became easier and easier to do! I know for sure the crunches work... I do 500 to 1000 crunches aday and there really is a difference.( I would do like 200 cruches or different ab workouts every hour or other hour) But whatever works for your scheldule.
