i know that i cant eat all the sugary things that i do but its so hard to stop. in the winter i always gain an xtra 10lbs....but this winter i gained almost 30!!...i have a really important weddding to go to in june and im afraid that im not gonna fit into my dress... i need to lose weight like yesterday!! please hapl any exercise suggestions... im 20 years old...5'9 and 173lbs if it helps:

Weight lifting... do the home workout here... that should get you started.

Stop eating sugary things! When you feel like candy, get some carrots instead. Cottage cheese as an evening snack instead of ice cream is great.
