I am a new member, I am really hoping that this site will be useful. I cannot upload a picture of myself, because I am on my brother's computer. I am 5'7" and 110. I want to get down to 100. I want to start an exercise program that will not only tone me but also slim me down. Does anyone have any answers?

Workout and eat somthing girl...the paris hilton look is not that atteractive I assure you.
