Hi, I filled out the forms, and the some of the exercises suggested are impossible for a 71 year old to do! I also have lung and heart disease. I am vegetarian, not a big eater at all, I generally exercise daily, and I keep on gaining weight, bit by bit...9 lbs. since January....doc says my weight is fine, but I know I would breathe better without this extra weight.

more than likely if you dont eat big and a veggies you probably need to analyze your calories but without a daily input i couldnt tell ya what you need to change
