He's right because ever since I added deadlifts in along with squats but for me on different days I no long am on my toes a front footed person.

All my life I have been a front footed person even when lifting a box or something but now after a few week of the 2 lifts I'm balanced and even when I walk I feel the heels allot more then ever and for the 1st time in my life I actually feel my hams and glutes as springs.

I don't know if I'm making sense to most but my legs feel like springs and they never did before no matter how much cardio or running I have done.

Anyway I contribute it to been balanced and on my heels instead of being quad dominantly on my toes all the time.

I like the credits at the end for the bad camera work. That was very informative. My first instructional weightlifting video. My bf has this huge library of instructional martial arts tapes that he spends hours upon hours studying...oh my God, I hope I'm not going to turn into one of those!

Hey Menace, thanks. I actually just posted a topic asking for a video of proper squat technique. I was orginally just looking for something to copy off of and compare to what I do, but this actually explains they how/why. Thanks again.
