hey guys - jan 1st - i started a new diet plan for the new year, and i have had fantastic results so far. i'm trying this carb cycling routine where i eat low carbs mon-fri, and saturday, sunday i carb up. after weights, i do 40 mins cardio-

my diet plan looks like this:

pre workout - 2.5 whey, orange
post wrkout - 2.5 whey

meal 1 - 1.5 cup go lean high protien cereal, 2 cups skim milk

meal 2 - meal replacement bar

meal 3 - lean cuisine chicken carbona, 2 slices turkey, 2 table-spoons peanut butter

meal 4 - 2.5 scoops whey, 1 tblspoon flax oil

monday - friday, i have:
2221 calories
265g protien
59 g fats
166g carbs

although the weight on the scale has only gone down about 7 lbs, my arms are more defined and my waist is getting smaller. i plan to be on this diet till july, then see where it goes from there.

hEY IS THIS ANYTHING LIKE THE ANEBOLIC DIET? Because i maybe starting a low carb/high fat/medium protein diet called the anebolic diet, or anabolic solution it is just the same:

30grams of carbs for the first 12 days then do a 5day 30 grams low carb, and a 2 day re-feed of a ton of carbs and lower protein and medium fats.
