I have noticed over the last month or so I sweat so much doing my workout that by the time I get home I am so chilled.
Is this normal does anyone know what causes this?

The AC here at the house is set to be higher when I come home because I thought it was that but have since figured out theres more to it than that.

My workouts are generally 1 1/2 hrs to 1 hr 45 minutes and one hour of thats cardio. The rest is weight machines.

Your body temperature drops about an hour after exercise - I experience this also in the cooler months of the year. It is normal.

Just bring a hoodie with you to throw on after you cooldown!

If you are going into an airconditioned house you aren't in the heat of the summer.

If you are outside and it is 80+ dgrees and you have the chills, something odd is going on and you might want to check with your doctor.

I think it has to do with my thyroid.I am hypothyroid and have been for over 20 yrs its just odd its happening when I am sweating so much.
I have house ac set so its 80 when I get back home so its like being outside but thats the temp I can handle right now.
I do need to just put a hoodie in my car in case I have to stop at a store or something because those places are so cold in the am.
