So im at about 130.
And I would like to be at 115.
I know its only 15lbs but my major problem is my thighs. I have these huge msucles that i cant get rid of. Im pretty improportioned. They make me buy a size larger pants..and when I have to wear belts constantly because the pants are too big in the waist.
Does anyone have any tips for loosing thigh muscle?
