hey im 16 and weigh 58kg, i am 6'2 or something around 185cm and want to gain weight. Ive researched around the net and the general consensus seems to be eat more,heavy weight training with low reps and eating protein shakes also seems to be a good idea. are their anymore tips people would like to share? i would also like to know if smoking marijuana could possibly be affecting my weight in any way?

Do a fit buddy search on smoking pot. Many posts about this. It definately doesn't help you reach your goals of a fit body. Especially when you get the munchies. I don't recall ever saying "Dude, I'm jonsin' for a low carb high protein tuna sandwich with an orange on the side right now. DUDE!" Not that I would know what that's like. ;)
