HELP! I'm only 22 years old and my breats sag. I've had a child, and my guess is that's what caused this. If anybody knows of any kind of exercise or treatment (besides a boob job) can you help me.
Thank You

Cream and massage. Othewise go on a strict diet and you'll loose a little of the fat in the breats as well.
Of course you could also try developping your chest muscles. They wont do anything with your breasts themselves but they can help them give a nicer shape.

I know it's not the greatest answers, but I'm afraid it's the only ones.

This is an unfortunate side effect of having children. This is why the "boob job " is so popular among women. Most whould say its vanity. You would be surprised to know how many "moms" have resorted to this option. You can weight train to help the shape of the chest muscle. The only way to fill them out so they don't sag is to GAIN weight (breasts are fat so losing weight makes them sag more.)but that creates other problem areas!!!! Such a dilemma. Buy some really sexy bra's with good structure maybe even some lift pads. (In the bedroom) men are turned on by sexy underthings (and a pair of sexy heels) aren't you guys?? I sure you guys are checking out this post!!!!!

I have fairly large breasts and once I had my baby, they sagged too. Since I have been working chests, I have lost a little size and it makes them look a little perkier. I hope to lose a little more, then maybe they will be just where I want them, but it is true that guys don't care. My husband like them the same. Good luck....

woops.. how did I stumble into this post? :)

execising the pectoral muscles will make them bigger hence make your chest larger since the pectoral muscles lie underneath. As was mentioned in the other reply.. you will become perkier.. and there is a slight chance of size reduction.

In my opinion.. a sexy firm waist is much sexier than a bust line..

Is it true that women who don't want to get "smaller" should stay away from working the pec area that regular bench works? I have been told to stick with incline and flies because I am afraid of getting smaller...I was told to stay away from flat bench press....

What about decline chest exercises?

Just wondering...

Thanks in advance...

You got it right!

Train the upper area of your chest.. as well as the outer areas. This will make you 'perkier' and improve any sagginess.. results of course vary from one person to the next.

Remember, lifting weights to bulk up your pectoral muscles will increase your chest size, but not your cup size. Chest exercises can increase the amount and appearance of fullness in the upper chest area above and underneath the breasts, but no amount of exercise can increase the size, fullness or firmness of the actual breast.

I am doing the FT program for toning. I measured myself today and I have lost about two inches on the chest itself and about 1 3/4 off my actual breast. I wanted to get a breast reduction but if I can only lose a little more, I won't need to. I can finally go without a bra if I want to. They are a bit firmer and my husband can't wait to see me. Hope you the results that you want.

Wow! Keep up the good work! Sounds like you're way ahead of your goal date. I'm sure your husband is very pleased with your progress, too!

Hi, I'm 23 and I have a 15 month old son, What I do is a lot of chest workouts, like the pec dec, incline dumbbell flyes, decline flyes, bench press, etc. try some of those work outs.

You actually don't need implants...a popular procedure is the breat lift. Kinda like a face lift.

May the lift be with you.

How can you excercise your chest area (ect.) without useing any equipment? I do not have a gym to go to, or any workout machines at my home.
