ok listen i am 5'5 120lbs. i wanna b bout 110 r sumthin. when i look ay myself in the mirror all i c is fat... when im under stress i dont feel like eating but i will think im fat. when i do eat i dont eat much. i jus wanna look like every one else nice and thin and i dont want fat.. i need sum help. i want to do exercises and stuff but now all im doing is runnin every other day fo 30 min.and i still c the fat.. i dont no wat to do. plz help

I think your weight is fine, if you started lifting weight your body would shape itself to make you look and feel better..

I agree with jmk. Your weight sounds exactly right for your height. The general rule is 100 lbs. at 5' plus 5 lbs for each pound over, so 125 for someone your height. That is a very general rule and is variable depending on your frame size, etc, 120 could be just right for you. And everyone else is not nice and thin, just the people you are choosing to compare yourself with! I know, when I was younger I always felt fat, even though I was probably right where you are proportionately, because my friends all had flat, flat stomachs and I never did. I think jmk is right that if start working out with weights you will shape up and like what you see.
