I agree with jmk. Your weight sounds exactly right for your height. The general rule is 100 lbs. at 5' plus 5 lbs for each pound over, so 125 for someone your height. That is a very general rule and is variable depending on your frame size, etc, 120 could be just right for you. And everyone else is not nice and thin, just the people you are choosing to compare yourself with! I know, when I was younger I always felt fat, even though I was probably right where you are proportionately, because my friends all had flat, flat stomachs and I never did. I think jmk is right that if start working out with weights you will shape up and like what you see.
