I'm sorry, but I don't know any specific face exercises. I've lost 23 pounds so far. And, while my backside has gotten smaller, people notice it in my face first. I've also had to have links taken out of my watch band. Everybody is different. It will come off on your face too. I'm sure if you look at a "before" face picture and compare, you'll see a difference.
