We'd like to purchase an elliptical trainer for use at home. We're 6'3" weighing 91kgs, and 5'7" weighing 66kgs. We'll need to be able to adjust the stride length and don't want to end up with one that wobbles around the room! Any advice?

Hi, I have the ProForm StrideSelect 720??
It has an adjustable stride from I believe 15" which should be comfortable for anyone with knee problems, and 18" which works me out very well (I'm 5'10" 212 lbs/95kg?)
I purchased it about two years ago, so you might be able to find it on the market for close to U.S. $350.

P.S. Take your time to make your purchase. Ensure you buy something that will fit your comfort and use needs. Most come with a manufacturer warranty, so don't fall for an extended one.

The better ones come with a 2year warranty and cost around $700 and up. You also want to look at max weight limit as well as variety of programs including being able to put in your own weight, age, to get HR and calorie info, instead of the north American avg.
