Ok. I just joined and the work out given to me is on a different machine, how do i accomplish it. I can do some and I can't do the other. Suggestions?

My number one suggestion is you join FT pro...it is normally 45 for a year...but right now they have a special where if you buy one of the Ft products and send in a pic you get a years subscription for free...you can get a tshirt for 14 or something like that(the details are in the facts and benefits forum in a sticky)...THEN you can swap out the exercise for different ones in your program...lots of other benefits as well....or you can post a question as to what is everybodies best advice as to an alternate exercise would be and wait for a response.
