i was wondering about neutral grip db presses. are they harder then just regular grip db presses???? and what are the advantages doing neutral grip db presses as opposed to regular
grip? thx..

To me it takes the shoulder out of it more...

A little more tricep, less internal rotation, easier on the shoulder capsule. I'd recommend it if you've been benching with a bar for a while and need to deload your shoulder.

thx guys. i thought it would be a little harder. i usually use this exercise for my triceps as i agree with with wrestler about more tricep use.

I use it for chest..and not "lockout" my elbows.

Usualy for timed pressing
