I am 5'2 and 170 lbs. My goal weight is 120. Which is about average for someone 5'2...I think anyways.. I have haev 50 lbs to loose. WOW- I cant believ i have let myself gain this much weight. I also think that fro those of us who emotional eat...before we start a fitness program, taht we figure out why we are emotionally eating. If we dont fix that problem we could be setting ourselves up failure. :)
I am 225 and trying to get to 200 by oct, my ideal weight is 180. I started here with nutrition plan, but to loose weight and slim up my carbs need to be 560 at 3300 cal. wow, that don't sound right, but thats my plan?:surprised:
