hi, i was riding my bike this weekend and crashed. i have a nice scrape on my chin and cheek. does anyone have any ideas on how to cover it up? i have a couple of christmas parties coming up?!?!?:)

Step #1 vasoline to keep the other steps from getting into the scrape and infecting them. :)

Step # 1. Concealer.

Step # 2. Foundation

Step # 3. Loose powder to set everything.

Should cover it up pretty well. Depending on how bad it is it might show a little still, but nowhere near as bad as without.

:big_smile: I did that last year, fell into a tree while skiing. My facialist was NOT happy to see that. I think concealor or a heavy coverage foundation works well once you've allowed the wound to close properly. In your case you might want a cream one. I use Stila concealor in a tube, really thick coverage, covers everything from ski bruises to dark eye circles.

thanks for all your advice. now it has scab on it. i tried to cover it up and it looked worse. think i might just have to wear it...sweet...just in time for all those christmas pics!!

I always consider these types of things as "Battle Wounds". Each and every one of them has a memory attached to them and something to reflect on my life. I know it sounds dopey, but you will look at those pictures 5 years from now and remember what an awesome crash that was and how you enjoyed it, despite the slight discomfort you had in the process. :)
