I have connective tissue problems, meaning that other then my skin is extra stretchy but my joints are more...loose..you can call it or double jointed in some places. I have started the general fitness plan and during the workouts I have noticed that for example when i do Dips Behind the Back my shoulders stick forward a lot and I feel sore in my shoulders afterwards. Should I be asking my doctor or is this just because my muscle mass is low?

Any tips or information is welcome
