Can somone advise me on a good cardio workout, i would like to spend 1 hour per day on this need varity.

There are many variations of cardio, from cycling to playing hockey. All depends what you like.

Walking, jumping, biking, flexing, skipping, jogging, dancing, ice skating, running, wiggling, flapping, tossing, crawling, skiing, paddling, boxing, wrestling, squatting, swimming, hiking, sprinting, cycling, kicking... What did I forget? :)

I have to mix activities due to burnout. I will run half and cycle half or any other activities.
