can i lose 30.lbs in 60 days?!

Hi i'm 152.lbs and i really need to lose 30.lbs in 60 days only. i'm welling to do some real hard work to get there...the thing is i don't know how or where to start. so if you can help me get going,please reply to me.Thanks!

A healthy and maitainable wt loss is 1-2lbs/week. So lets say 60days is apox. 8 weeks, you should shoot for a 8-16lb wt loss. Generally the higher your starting wt, the quicker you loose-at first. As you get closer to your goal, generally, it is harder to loose the wt. Educate yourself on healthy diet and exercise by exporing the many threads here on FT and get started on a healthy lifestyle.
