When I consider the short duration of my life, swallowed up in the eternity before and after, the little space which I fill and even can see, engulfed in the infinite immensity of spaces of which I am ignorant and which know me not, I am frightened and am astonished at being here rather than there; for there is no reason why here rather than there, why now rather than then. Who has put me here? By whose order and direction have this place and time been allotted to me? The eternal silence of these infinite spaces frightens me.

She sells seashells by the seashore.

I thought it was sally who sold sea shells on the sea shore...

And yes Fly...my calculations may have been off a tad...236 and 3/4 pounds does seem to be more accurate!

The answer would be 215.22 lbs if your lean muscle stays the same - 240 x .20 = 48 lbs : 240 - 48 = 198 lbs of lean muscle,etc. : to be at 8% bodyfat would mean that 198lbs is 92% of your weight so 198/.92 = 215.22 lbs
to test that answer out - 215.22lb x 8% bf = 17.22 lbs : 215.22 lbs - 17.22lbs = 198 lbs - right where you started
see if that makes sense

sorry but your answer was all wrong at 236lbs. that is only a 4lb drop in weight while the drop in bf% was 20% to 8%. You must be from CA or something

hillbilly
walks around in stores without any shoes on -
has more income from empty beer cans than their welfare check - wife has gain approx 100lbs since their wedding...and he likes it - loves his mother (i mean really looooves his mother) - decides what beer to drink by price not taste - sleeps in the same clothes that they wore all day - but at least not as bad as Canadians (sorry but you started it)

redneck
drives a truck - likes country music (although likes other types too) - lives down a dirt road - is very smart - good looking - good sense of humor - loved by all

there you go....in a nutshell

No I am a Country Boy not a hill Billy or a redneck, the way you can tell is to ask them to smile. Country Boys have nice full set of teeth. Rednecks and Hillbillys need to have a bunch together to get a full set amongst them.

Either way they have "summer teeth" - some are here and some are there. You gotta love the deep south.
