With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
hi my name is Dan. My goal is to gain atleast twenty pounds in muscle and increase my strength for wrestling and some other sports.
My only problem is that I'm wrestling at the same time while lifting for muscle mass. Overtraining is something I want to avoid but I don't know how to get my body recover fast enough so I be ready for wrestling after I lift.
Just a quick run down my day:
I usually rock climb in the mornings, and on days I wrestle, I usually lift in the afternoon but on days I don't, I do it in the evening.
Your help will be grateful.

P.S. My teammates decided to start running in the early mornings two times a week.
