hi
im a 17 years old .and im very skinny and i have veins popping out of my arms which isnt very nice cosmetically.i recently went to a gym and there they measured my body fat with a handheld machine. and it read alsmost zero percent.
is there a way to increase my body fat percentage?. eventhough i eat fried food and things that make other people fat i dont seem to.
can you please help me in this regard.

Why is it that you believe members in the overweight and obese forum could answer your question?I think you are posting this question in the wrong way.It would be wise to consider the forum before posting your question.

I read somewhere, can't remember. a 6 Packs Procedure. Where instead of taking 1 beer you take 6, everything in Six!... Trust me that'll work. Give it time.

Alcohol to get healthy, you're kidding right ? So 6 pizza's and 6 chicken breast or 6 salads and 6 enema's ? come on dude, if you read that pulling nose hair would lessen ones chloresterol would you post that too ?

That isn't possible, you wol dbe dead, bodybuilders (male) compete between 2-5% and they are really pushing the limits.
Eat more healthy food, do less cardio, lift heavy weights. You should be able to gain a little mass and a little fat by increasing your intake.
Handheld bodyfat analysis is bvery inaacurate and posting this in this forum was very inconsiderate, I hope you aren't just being smarmy.
