hello, i'm 19 turnin 20 in january and i'm 6'0 207 pounds. I used to be about 250 pounds i've lost alot of weight. I just need to workout my flab i guess..If you could tell me some beginner routines? I'm new to workin out really..so if you could help me out that be cool. I'm enrolled at job corps and we have a gym i'm in there every day on the treadmill runnin usually 2 miles but i wanna strength train now.
