Hi,
I want to work on my back muscle . I feel that I don;t have any .... and it might risk my back in the long term .
one more thing is that I used to stand straight, now I feel ( only feeling not noticed to other) that I start to lean forward I guess some muscle work can help with it too .
squats, bent over rows, deadlifts are the tools you need. Is there a underlying medical issue?
