start slow...it took 9 mnths to put it on and dont expect overnight changes and i would think if it is fat then cardio would be best to lose it I would do a fitbuddy search on HIIT

A cardio routine alone will not help. Cardio combined with a high rep medium weight lifting routine is the best solution to losing and keeping off unwanted kilos. Combined with a good diet and you would be set!

This is a great site for accountability, too, so stick around, keep posting, read past posts and find your encouragement right here at FT to get through the day! Cardio is a great way to burn those calories, and as shaunbroyhill stated, add the weight lifting and you will should see faster results, but the biggest thing is like jaytori129 mentioned, do it healthy so that you aren't setting yourself up for a re-gain down the road, you are going to be here in 3-6 months right? Well, then, go for a reasonable goal and you won't feel the stress related to unrealistic goals and you are much more likely to succeed!

YOU CAN DO IT AND YOU WILL IF THAT IS WHAT YOU WANT!! :)
