I actually like the kind I take. Buy a different brand...

If you're bulking, you can mix it with minute oats and peanut butter. That's always good.

ONe that is really good is Lean Dessert Protein by BSN. Cinnamon roll, bannana creme, chocolate mint. Very tasty.

I go to a local wholesale club and buy a 6lb bag of EAS for less than $29. I'm not a huge fan of EAS products, but the vanilla-flavored whey protein is good and mixes easily. And, it's the cheapest around (I've looked everywhere). I also like either strawberry or banana Real Gains by Universal Nutrition, but you don't need that since you're not bulking. Labrada Lean Body meal replacements are good as well... or, at least they used to be; I haven't tried them in a couple years.

this is what i do 1 cup of 100% orange juice 4 ice cubes half a banana and 1 cup of protein. and it taste's okay :big_smile:

I used to buy EAS like jbennett at SWC for under 29.00 at 6 lbs but now I just went for a new bag and it changed to 5 lbs and also went to nearly 32.00 bummer!

I have a question today after leaving the fitness center and while driving home I got really light headed like blacking out part way but not out I had to pull over and give about 10 minutes to get right again I do work as hard as I can when at the gym and I ate 2 hard cooked eggs a protien drink and oatmeal before going to the gym also just before workink out a creatine drink any thoughts or ideas feeling great now.

Could have been for almost any reason. Doesn't sound like you did anything 'wrong'. If this continues, you may want to take a look at your intensity. Could be blood pressure issues, blood sugar, or any number of reasons. Something to keep an eye on.
