hi all iam 23ys and 180 IBM my goal to become 132
i tried running but after 13 min i feel dying so i walk for 5 min then run again for8 min then walk etc till 30 min is over so does this help loosing weight or just am wasting my time
i also on a diet but i get hungry at night so what should i do and if i want to eat some thing what i have? realizing that where i live i dont have many option of food :(
i also want to know the average of loosing weigt in week what should be thx for the help

Running and walking is good That is called interval training. Don't be hard on yourself at the beginning, it takes time.
Run for 2 min then walk for 2 min. This will help with your cardio conditioning and will brn calories
As far as diet is concerned, tell us what you eat and where you are in the world so we can give you better advice.

Every person is different depending on metabolism and diet.
Figure on an average of 6-10 lbs per mth.
