I think I've caught a cold bug, should I exercise? I've done the ab exercises, but I've not lifted or swam.

Take it easy if you do... You body needs time and energy to get rid of the bug. I try to avoid the weights if I get a cold (Since you can't get enough oxygen) and just do simple activities like walking for the time being!!! But thats me.

I've noticed today that many people are sick in my office. And unfortunately our office is in a closed environment, you know AC and stuff. We work with kids so, it's not strange that I'm sick.
I've been sleeping a whole lot and just going though my normal routine of really going to and from work. And I've been trying to drink more water too and take more Vitamin C. Thanks for your advice.

Rule to live by:
NEVER TRAIN WHEN SICK!
You may feel good that you didn't miss your workout if you go, but your body will get nothing out of that workout - plus you'll make yourself worse.

Ooooh yes, this is easier said that done...... You often misread the signals of the body; you feel a tiny little ill, but not THAT ill, so of couuurse you can work out..... (coz maybe you are just being a little lazy?)
Of course everybody knows that it's noway good to work out when feeling sick, but tell me how many of you athletes really respect that?!!! (honestly speaking, I don't always.... ):
We know it.

A work out with a head or chest cold, maybe I lighten up a little. When I have the flu thats a different story.
