Unfortunately theres no quick solution for long term weight loss. Get a good, balanced routine that includes controlling your diet, cardio AND strength training. Take a look at the foods you are currently eating, and make the healthy changes where necessary. Nothing great in life ever comes easy. Fitness is a tough road to start on, but the rewards are more than you'll ever know.
