i lost 13 lbs in 3 weeks....
I am 5.9 male
starting weight was 270
Methods.
1. The right psychology. (most import) listen to anthony robbins
2. BFL workouts. 3 days weights and 6 days cardio (I double the cardio to burn more calories.
3. I went to biggest looser website and got free diet profile which said I should limit to 1800 cals. I use fitday.com to track my calories. I end up between 1500-1800 per day eating six meals per day.
I use muscle milk light and detour protein bars I get from costco. At first I wasnt counting calories and didn't notice a big difference, with count cals I think I can loose 5lbs per week.
